It has been so much fun doing the Limitless organ detox series. I have learned so much and feel so healthy. I put this blog post together as a quick reference for the series and a home for all of the links to each organ detox blog post.
Also as a huge reminder to make sure your pathways are open prior to starting to detox so you can clean out the toxins rather than reabsorb them.
A reminder to all of you before you start any detox there are a few things you need to make sure you can do.
They are poop, pee, and sweat.
In all of research on detoxing I have learned so much crucial information I was before unaware of. One of the biggest being detox pathways. Think about it, if you want to detox the toxins out of your body but they have no place to go, they will only get reabsorbed.
Think of your detox pathways as a freeway system in your body. Let’s say you detox something from your brain and it enters the freeway system headed south to find an exit to leave your body.
But as it travels all of the other exits are closed. Eventually it will get tired of driving in circles and get reabsorbed into the body in fat tissue.
Your body loves to encapsulate toxins in fat when it cannot expel them from your body. This is how problems get compounded and weight gets gained when your pathways are clogged up.
If you are stressed, lead a sedentary lifestyle, and have poor nutrition, chances are you are part of the 75% of the country that is overweight/obese and have clogged detox pathways.
Let’s find out what all of the different detox pathways are and learn how to get them to open up.
Let’s start with your brain:
The brain detox pathway is called the glymphatic system. It detoxes toxins from the brain at night while you are sleeping and drains them into your lymphatic system.
The lymphatic system:
The lymphatic system is often referred to as the “sewer system” of your body. It moves the toxins and the waste (lymph) from your cells to be removed from your body. The lymphatic system does not have a pump to move the lymph like the heart pumps the blood.
So if you are not actively trying to keep your lymphatic system moving and living a sedentary lifestyle, chances are your lymphatic system is clogged. I did a whole blog post on the lymphatic system and how to keep it open. Click on the link below to read all about it.
Keep Your Lymphatic System Open Link:
Your Skin:
Your skin is the chalkboard of your body. It is one of most visual ways your body communicates with you. For instance, are you getting a rash? This means you have a blocked detox pathway somewhere or your liver and/ or kidneys are overworked and pushing the toxins out through the skin. If your body is talking to you, find the root cause of the issue, and not just go “skin deep” :).
There’s sure many ways to help keep your skin healthy also:
Dry brushing
lymphatic massage
Using a Loofa
Infrared sauna
Exercise
Steam room

Your Kidneys
Your kidneys filter the toxins out of your blood. If your blood is overburdened with toxins it cannot efficiently deliver oxygen to your body.
This is why in the most extreme cases of kidney fatigue require dialysis. Dialysis is a machine that cleans your blood for you and must be done at a medical office.
Below is the link for the full blog post on kidney health.
Your Liver:
Your liver filters everything that enters your body. I love the saying that if your don’t filter your air and water, you become the filter. This is so true, your liver is the filter. Keeping your liver healthy is imperative to you staying alive.
A quick look into liver health:
Clean (spring or reverse osmosis/remineralized) water
No processed foods
80% raw food (organic vegetables) and 20% clean (100% grass fed) beef
No processed foods.
No soda.

No smoking
No or limit stress

Colon health:
Your colon is what is responsible for processing and evacuating waste from your body. So if you are not pooping on a normal schedule and having consistent looking poo, we need to fix your gut for sure.
A few quick tips for colon health:
Get a colonic every quarter.
Do ozone therapy rectal insufflation (upcoming blog on ozone, stay tuned)
Plenty of clean water

Your Cells:
Your cells are the beginning of everything and will depict your quality of life for sure. To detox at a cellular level good clean nutrition, clean water and low stress is vital.
I also utilize my joov (red light therapy) every morning for thirty minutes. The joov I have offers the infrared and near infrared red light. One detoxs your skin and the other you're cells. I can say that I do feel Awesome after every session.
Another great too I use is ozone therapy injections. My body loves ozone and it scrubs my cells clean of all toxins and icky. I will have a full series coming on ozone therapy and all of different ways you can use it in the upcoming weeks.
I hope you have enjoyed the Limitless organ detox series. Remember as we said above, make sure you can sweat, poop, and pee before you start any major detox or you will be wasting your time.
Stay true to yourself and your journey. Spread some love and light in this world…:)
