Earthing...Get Back In Touch With Mother Nature...
So what is Earthing you ask?
Lets see what google says...Earthing: ( or grounding) refers to the discovery of benefits- including better sleep and reduced pain-from walking barefoot outside or sitting, working, or sleeping indoors connected to conductive systems that transfer the Earths electrons from the ground to the body.
That is a pretty good description of Earthing! Way to go G!
Lets dive into some of the many benefits of Earthing,
Here we go...
First off I do have to admit that as I am typing this blog post my hands may be busy on my Mac book, but my feet are calm and relaxing on my “Earthing Mat” I have under my desk.
I also have an identical Earthing mat in front of my Joovv elite (red light therapy) so I can be grounding myself while I am receiving all of the Awesome benefits from getting Joovvy.
I also have Earthing pillow cases on my bed. This is huge! You can totally be grounding yourself and receiving all of the good energy from Mother Earth while your body is rebuilding/ repairing itself from the day.

I can tell a huge difference since I have been using these grounding products.
They are perfect, especially if you have a job where you have to have on foot coffins (shoes :) all day long.
Maybe you can slip a mat under your desk?
They are super easy to hook up.
They only require the small grounding (round hole) of an electrical outlet. The plug is round, so you will never
mistakingly put it into the hot leg of the outlet, it will not fit.
Follow the included instructions with the mats and you can’t go wrong.
The pillow cases are the same setup, using the round (grounding) part of a receptacle.
Now to some of the benefits.
Grounding /Earthing improves inflammation.
Grounding improves sleep, pain management, and stress.
Grounding /Earthing Neutralizes Free Radicals, Free Radicals are generated through inflammation, infection, cell damage, trauma, stress, and our toxic environments.
Grounding / Earthing has helped me detox my body and mind. When I initially purchased my pillow cases I participated in a guided meditation as I drifted into slumber.
This practice was great and allowed me to calm my mind and body.
But after I started using my earthing pillow cases I woke up much more refreshed mentally and physically, and ready for the day.
What a great edition to my PM meditation.
Grounding has been around since the cave man days, although they may not have realized it, they were just walking. This was way before over priced foot coffins were available :)
