Adjust Your Attitude… Change Your Latitude…Stop Holding Yourself Back From Your Own Greatness…

 

Yes!!! Attitude is soooo important! 

Your attitude is a billboard of your mindset and beliefs. Let me repeat that statement… Your attitude is a billboard of your mindset and beliefs.

Let's unpack that statement.

Here we go…

 

When you see a billboard you are reading a message. That message can be positive or negative. And the billboard can have many different audiences. 

 

 Let’s start with the most important audience…you.

 

Your body is always looking for information and energy, to see what the next move is, what and how to feel,  and how to react. 

 

There is energy and information in everything and anything we do. Every thought we think, every breath we take, every move we make.

 

This energy can be positive or negative.

 

 Remember that you are in charge of you. You control if it is positive or negative energy you absorb or release from life. And it all starts with your thoughts, perception, and attitude.

 

There are so many factors that can effect all three if you let them. 

Fake news media, fear of the unknown, people talking negatively about coworkers at work, poor nutrition choices, triggers to draw an emotional reaction, etc. 

 

 

Remember that you are in control of you, you control your emotions. So you are in control of how these factors effect you. You are in control if you even allow the negative into your life.

 

 

Being healthy mentally, physically, emotionally and energetically is a huge part of your what contributes to your good/ positive attitude. 

 

Tools that you can use to improve all of the above are clean nutrition choices (no grains, no wheat, eat good fats, eat  low good carbs-and only eat  in a nightly re-feed, 50-200 grams all at once- at night, no sugary soda or energy drinks, no added sugars, low alcohol consumption, etc).

So now that we have started  detoxing our minds and body, let's move on the next audience…your environment, the people you are around most.

It seems easy to say if you are around negative people, you will become negative as well.

But you when you are in the middle of living it you don’t even realize how negative you have become.

 

It is just another day of you being around the people you hang out with (and their negative energy and attitudes). 

As humans with the power of choice, we can choose to lower our vibration to the negativity of those around us.

 

Or we can find a new environment with a higher vibration.

If you keep your attitude good and your vibration high, this is what you will attract ten fold. People will always try to bring you to their negative level to make themselves feel better in their discomfort, and

 justify their icky existence to themselves. They cannot comprehend how you are always happy and have sustained a good attitude.

 

You make them realize how unhealthy they are…mentally, physically, and emotionally. None of which is your fault, and they will only bring you down to their level if you let them. 

You are in charge of you, you're emotions, and how you let people treat you. 

 

You can lead by example to this negativity. And for sure not care how people judge you. My mantra is…”I answer only to my higher self”.

 

This is the negative audience to your “billboard”, and they will phase themselves out of your live as you don’t lower vibration. 

 

Your next audience is the like minded feel good healthy people you are going to attract. 

It is the law of attraction, you will attract ten fold the good energy you give off. All of the love and light you spread in the world will only return in goodness to you. 

 

Holding the door for someone at the grocery, smiling and saying good morning to a complete stranger, shoveling the snow from a neighbors driveway with no expectations of getting paid, etc. 

 

I had a guy on a power line job once ask me “why do you whistle so much?” “I didn’t realize I was” I replied “Well you are…so stop it”. I left that job a week later. I refuse to be around that negativity.

I am in control of me, I am in control of my environment. And his personal negative issues that my happy positive whistling triggered  are not my fault.

He couldn’t raise his vibration to me or my good attitude, so he tried to bring me to his negative icky level. Sorry guy…Im positive AF! :)

 

 

I chose to change my environment because I don’t let negativity in my life. Ill say it again…I am in control of me…I am in control of my emotions…I am in control of my environment…I am in control of me :)

 

 

Your happiness and attitude start with the thoughts in your head, and the food that you eat. 

 

 

Think Happy Thoughts…Eat High Vibe foods…perfect. 

 

One step, one breath at a time you can regain control of your life, your emotions, your reactions, your attitude…:)
